Coming from a family of construction entrepreneurs, Nicola Zorzi is the driving force behind Avenue Partners Consulting. Born in Trento in 1977, he obtained a diploma in surveying in 1996 from the local "Pozzo" institute. He began working in the family business, handling site coordination, project development, and business development.

In 2017, he left the family business to pursue his own entrepreneurial path. He relocated to Austria, where he founded his consultancy, building a network of professionals in the real estate sector. Today, this allows him to offer comprehensive support to both private clients and businesses in the real estate field.

His business has grown to become a key player in real estate development, particularly for Italian companies aiming for international expansion in markets such as Austria, Germany, and the UK. In 2020, he further expanded his collaborations, joining the Avenue Developers Advisors team and opening an office in London.
